Jessica L Conrad is the Owner of Awakenings Holistic Center in Monmouth Beach and is a Certified Professional Coach. She has a Masters in Holistic Health Studies and Bachelors in Psychology from Georgian Court University. Jessica’s training allows her the ability to work with people in many areas of life including career, relationships, and health. She has suffered from Stage IV Endometriosis since her early Twenties, and battled Infertility for years. Jessica used all she had learned from School and Life and became pregnant naturally. She know has a private practice where she works as an Advocate and Life Coach for other women with Reproductive Disorders and Diseases. Tara is a licensed professional counselor and nationally certified counselor. She has worked in private practice for over 10 years. Her genuine and quirky style of counseling leaves clients feeling comforted and confident. Tara provides those she works with unique views and suggested methods of coping and tackling the day to day battles we all face.
